Mother's Blend Herbal Tea

Meet the herbs
Nettles: is one of the finest nourishing tonics. It contains vitamins A, C, D, and K, and chlorophyll, calcium, magnesium, potassium, phosphorous, silica and iron. It is a nourishing tonic for weakness, debilitating, and anemia. It aids the kidney and bladder function and gently cleanses waste. It also nourishes the breastmilk.
Oat top: contains vitamin B complex which sustains our energy and soothes our nervous system. It is great for depression, debility, exhaustion, anxiety, and insomnia. It is also an excellent tonic for an overworked or overstresses nervous system.
Raspberry Leaf: astringent and tonic. It strengthens, tones and relaxes the uterus and entire pelvic area. It is the famous herb of pregnancy and postpartum. It contains vitamin A, C, E, B complex, and calcium, iron, phosphorus, and iron.
Chamomile: relaxing, anti-inflammatory and antispasmodic. It aids digestion and calms the nervous system.
Lemon balm: calming, antispasmodic, antiviral. It aids digestion and it passes to the baby.
- Boil 1 cup of water
- Turn the heat off
- Add 1 teaspoon of herbs
- Cover and let it steep for 20min or more
- Strain the loose herbs and enjoy a warm cup of tea!
